Groupe DANONE to cancel 1.4 Million Treasury stocksOn the 20th of December, 2002, Groupe DANONE's Board of Directors has decided, pursuant to the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on the 29th of May, 2001, to cancel 1.4 million of treasury stocks.
Following to this operation, the authorized capital of Groupe DANONE is made of 137,191,372 shares and the company holds, directly or indirectly, 8,043,647 treasury stocks.
