Hercules Offshore Announces Additions to Management Team HOUSTON, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hercules Offshore, Inc.
(Nasdaq: HERO) announced today two additions to its management team. The
Company has hired Terry L. Carr as Vice President, Drilling Operations and
James C. ("Chris") Bryan as Vice President, Human Resources.
Mr. Carr joins Hercules with 25 years of operating and marketing
experience in the offshore drilling industry. Most recently, Mr. Carr was
employed by ENSCO International where he served as Manager, Operations for the
company's Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining ENSCO in 2001, Mr. Carr spent
nearly 20 years with R&B Falcon Corporation in various key operations and
marketing roles. Mr. Carr is a veteran of the United States Army and is a
graduate of United States Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Carr will be
responsible for Hercules's day to day drilling operations.
Mr. Bryan has over 30 years of experience in human resources with multi-
national corporations in the energy industry. Before his role as Director
Human Resources for Project GRAD, a non-profit organization focused on
increasing the high school graduation rate of students, Mr. Bryan was Vice
President Administration and Human Resources for Enron Oil & Gas Co. and
Houston Natural Gas. Early in his career Mr. Bryan held various human
resource management roles with Diamond Shamrock, Aramco Services Co., and
Texaco. Mr. Bryan received a Masters in Theology from Baylor University and
is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Business
Administration. Mr. Bryan will be responsible for the human resources
functions for Hercules.
